The watercourse which flows between Alta Lake and Green Lake just outside Whistler is known as the River of Golden Dreams, a scenic stretch of lush, old-growth forest and wildflower lined banks surrounded by beautiful mountain vistas. This excursion takes you on a gentle paddle in a canoe or kayak whilst you learn about the interesting history, geography and wildlife of the area. You will observe wild birds and keep an eye out for other wildlife along the way whilst soaking up the peaceful surrounds of these wetlands. The water is totally flat and so this trip is suitable for all abilities.

You will spend between 2 – 2.5 hours on the water, depending on water levels and the ability of the group. Return transfers to Whistler hotels can be included.
