The west coast north of Vancouver is home to a number of remote communities which are most efficiently accessed by seaplane. The daily mail run flight takes you over rainforest clad islands and remote anchorages before landing at the main village on Salt Spring Island. Here you jump off for an hour to browse the boutique shops and/or have a coffee, before returning to Vancouver. The flight gives a unique overview of this beautiful coastline with sweeping views of the city and gulf islands in all directions. The whole tour takes around three hours.
