Baker Creek is a delightful mountain resort tucked away in a quiet location about 15 minutes from Lake Louise. The resort comprises a number of traditional log suites and standalone chalets, well spaced amongst the alpine trees and overlooked by the mountains. The lodge suites have plenty of room, with a comfortable lounge, full kitchen and dining area, and a separate bedroom. The one-bedroom log cabins have similar facilities but with the beds in a loft area, accessed by a ladder or stairs. Two-bedroom chalets, which are great for a family, are all on one level. For those who don’t wish to self-cater there is a small bistro here which serves good quality casual Canadian food.
